Frank Egan B.A., LL.B., A.C.L.A., F.T.I.A. (Chief Executive Officer)
Frank Egan is the Chief Executive Officer of LAC Loss Adjusters and has over 27 years of experience as both a loss adjuster and lawyer.  Frank founded LAC Loss Adjusters in 1978 and is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading insurance authorities. 



Peter Eagle A.N.Z.I.I.F. (Assoc.) (National Claims Manger)
Peter Eagle is the National Claims Manager for LAC Loss Adjusters and has extensive insurance industry experience including: management of anti-fraud initiatives, establishing and maintaining liaison between the Insurance Council of Australia, State Government and Emergency Services Departments. Peter also has vast commercial, domestic and rural claims underwriting experience.



Ken Cooper (Deputy National Claims Manager)
Ken is our Deputy National Claims Manager and is highly regarded with experience in claims management on a national level. Ken also has extensive Corporate and Personal Lines experience coupled with a wide range of Legal Liability and Property Damage Claims.



Charles Gargoura Dip H.R. (Manager)
Charles is located in our Melbourne office and is a valuable member of the LAC team. Charles is highly regarded with extensive experience in the insurance industry including senior management roles and has significant knowledge of the marketplace with underwriting and claims expertise.



Rosie Pratarelli A.N.Z.I.I.F. (Aff.) (Manager)
Rosie was recently appointed Manager in Perth and has made marked improvement with her energetic and innovative management style. Rosie is an experienced material damage loss adjuster specialising in all types of commercial and domestic property claims.



Gary Miles A.N.Z.I.I.F. (Snr Assoc.), CIP, JP., C/Dec. (Manager)
Gary is located in our Brisbane office and is a senior adjuster with extensive underwriting and claims experience. Gary is an extremely effective professional property loss adjuster.



Eric Dethridge A.N.Z.I.I.F. (Snr. Assoc.) (Manager)
Eric is located in our Canberra office and handles the majority of work in this region. Eric is a qualified and experienced loss adjuster who handles all types of material damage claims.
